If you purchased online and realised after checking out that you selected the wrong product we are able to help you make the swap, as long as your order has not already been packed and collected by our courier.
To change the product within your order, you can contact us at support@byronbaybronze.com.au. You’ll be required to provide us with the proof of purchase such as your order number and details on which product you would like to swap.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that we will be able to make this swap before our couriers collect your parcel.
If you've ordered a product on back order, your entire order will be sent once we have all the products available to send your parcel. You will be notified at the point of purchase and once we have received your order that one of the products in your order is on backorder.
We endeavour to ensure all orders are packed and sent out as soon as possible.
You will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to see your parcel location during delivery. If you have any concerns during delivery, you can contact us here.
