If you are still not happy with your order we offer a 100% money back guarantee or a replacement for all products purchased within the last 30 days.


To be eligible for a return, you’ll be required to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase and the products must have no more than ¼ used in each item within 30 days of purchase.


Return all products with no more than ¼ used in each excluding any mitts to the below address including the additional details required:

Include your order number, full name, email address and phone number.


We will notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 


The entire value of products purchased will be refunded minus any mitt purchases and shipping cost. Unless, legally obligated under the standard manufacturers warranty, meaning we will not refund mitts unless proof of manufacturing fault can be shown.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or kits/bundles unless there is a fault with an item. If you believe this to be so, we will require the faulty item to be sent to us for inspection. If deemed faulty, your item and return postage cost will be refunded. Please keep a receipt of your return postage cost.


If you have purchased a product from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

We ask that you check your products once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can fix your order as soon as possible.

If you purchased online and realised after checking out that you selected the wrong product we are able to help you make the swap, as long as your order has not already been packed and collected by our courier.


To change the product within your order, you can contact us at You’ll be required to provide us with the proof of purchase such as your order number and details on which product you would like to swap.


Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that we will be able to make this swap before our couriers collect your parcel.
